Make your crust. Press into either two large pie pans to make two desserts, and keep one frozen for later, or press your crust into a 9x13 inch pan reserving 1/2 cup for decoration.
Mix your lemonade, condensed milk and Cool Whip (I add an extra tablespoon of lemon juice for a kick), and spread in your pan. Top with your reserved crumbs and freeze before serving.
This makes a great shower dessert, so easy and quick to make. Be sure to take copies of the recipe along!

My mother makes this all of the time & it is delish! Like you, she adds a T. of lemon juice for added kick. She has also made it with frozen limeade mix but adds just a touch of sugar. Both recipes are really wonderful stuff!
