Cherry Mincemeat Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. mincemeat
  • 2 pkgs. cherry Jello
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup English walnuts (broken up)
  • 1 can Queen Anne cherries
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cup water

Directions:

Use 9x13 inch pan. Break mincemeat into small pieces and cover with 1 cup water. Place over medium heat. Boil 1 minute; cool. Prepare gelatin, using 3 cup water. When gelatin is slightly thickened, add mincemeat mixture and nuts and celery. Return to refrigerator until set. Serves 12-15
