Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Grey Poupon honey mustard
- 4 cup cut up veggies (zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, carrots, red sweet pepper, onion)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped or 1 tsp dried basil
- 8 oz penne pasta,cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water
Directions
Brush 4 Tbsp. mustard on veggies, grill or broil. Combine remaining ingredients except pasta together. Now toss into pasta then add veggies and toss again. Can keep as a veggie dish or add already cooked chicken, turkey or cold pork.
