Someone posted a recipe for a rice casserole using consumer soup.

What is consumer soup? I have never heard of it. Thanks!

I believe it should be consomme: A clear soup made of strained meat or vegetable stock, served hot or as a cold jelly. Bonnie

I think they meant "consomme": a thin clear soup.
