2003 Toyota Corolla is Slow to Start

My car is slow to start up sometimes. I have had the battery, fuel pump and spark plugs checked and all are fine. Any suggestions what might be the problem? This has been going on for 2 weeks. My car is parked in an enclosed garage so it doesn't get very cold. It is a 2003 Toyota Corolla.

The most likely cause is the starter is draging. A starter that drages will start to turn slow and then pick up speed. Have the starter load tested.

Back to the place where they checked it - the problem is in the ignition, maybe the timing needs to be tuned so the spark is better. If you're quick enough to get back there, they might do more looking for free.
