Daisy is an 11 years old Dachshund. She was a wedding present from my husband

She loves to play with her tennis ball. She doesn't know she is a dog, she acts more like a human!

I have that breed dog also. She is a rescue and I find her aggressive and wants to nip. Is this in their breed? What can I do to deter this behaivour?
