Can I know how to get a fair complexion with a fresh look, while living in Pakistan?

1. cleaning the skin using cornmeal or salt or sugar with water. This removes dead skin cells
2. Milk applied on the face whether goat or cow
3. guard the face from direct sun, any work outside should be done early morning or later afternoon
Not sure what your resources are, if you have olive oil available, apply small spot immediately after the milk to hold in moisture.
