Sugarless Apple Pie
- 4 or 5 large apples
- 1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Peel and slice apples, 4 cups will make a 9 inch pie. Mix apples, juice concentrate, tapioca, and cinnamon. Place in pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 40-50 minutes until apples are tender.
