Sugarless Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 large apples
  • 1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

Peel and slice apples (4 cups will make a 9 inch pie). Mix apples, juice concentrate, tapioca, and cinnamon. Place in pie shell. Bake in 425 degrees F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 40-50 minutes until apples are tender.
