Melt together 14 oz.caramel with 3 Tbsp. water. Add 5 cups Rice Crispies and 1 cup peanuts and mix. Spread in a 9x13 pan and press. Sprinkle 1 cup each chocolate and butterscotch chips on the Rice Crispies. Bake at 200 degrees F until chips are melted. Cut into bars.
Robin, I made these Rice Crispy Bars today and they are FABULOUS. The whole family loved them. We can't stop eating them.
