Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup dry milk
Directions
Cream first 3 ingredients together in mixing bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Sift remaining ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with 1 cup water, beginning and ending with flour. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
Note: May be baked in 3 layer pans or cupcake pans at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
