I can't remember my busy schedule without a calendar book. I like the ones with only one year per book. These can be expensive, but I found them at the Dollar Store and they are perfect for my purse. As soon as I get the new one, I go through the old one and transfer all my birthdays/anniversaries. Should I miss a date transfer, I can check the old book since I save them from year to year by putting them with my tax records.

Good idea. This is almost exactly the way I used to keep track of everything! Some businesses, like insurance agencies, even give away calendars and calendar books in varying sizes, for free. Why not ask?
