Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 cups boiling water
- 3 pkg (4 oz) cherry Jello
- 2-3/4 cups cold water
- 1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
Stir boiling water and jello together, mixing until dissolved.
Stir in cold water.
Refrigerate for about 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
Reserve a few orange segments for garnish. Gently stir in remaining orange segments. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in separate bowl until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip topping. Spoon into 2 1/2 quart bowl.
Cover with gelatin mixture. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with reserved orange segments.
