This is a gentle cleanser for dry skin.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Milk

Directions:

Peel cucumber and liquify it in a blender or food processor. Use some cheese cloth to strain the seeds out of the cucumber. Then put the cucumber and milk into a bottle or jar. You will need to refrigerate this solution in between uses. It will keep for 5 to 7 days. Don't use it if it smells like it has turned and pretest it on your arm if you have not used this cleanser before.

any fruit works, really, as long as it has vitamins and you're not allergic to it. I either blend it, 2 make a paste (with yogurt), or i puree. Cucumbers are terrific because they have many nutrients.

I made this basil toner. It's real simple. Use cheese cloth, if u dont have that, a small piece of a cotton cloth will work. Use a Tablespoon on basil and place it on the cloth, then close up the piece of fabric, rubberband it shut. Place in boiling water, do this for about 5 minutes or so. Then take the basil bag out and let the mixture cool. Place in an empty bottle. It has a great shelf life. It helps pull all the nasty stuff outta your pours.
