Mud Hens

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions

Mix together and pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with one cup nuts or chocolate chips. Beat the egg whites stiff and 1 cup brown sugar and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees F (preheated) for 35 minutes.
