So sweet and yummy. I wish I could still make these for my dad.
Ingredients:
- 2 squares baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nuts (I omit these)
Frosting:
- 2 squares baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Melt chocolate and mix all ingredients together. Drop 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes in 350 degree F oven. Take out and place 1/2 marshmallow on each. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes. Cool and frost.
For the frosting, melt chocolate and add butter. Add rest of ingredients and frost cookies.
