I just came across this great idea: roll a magazine up and insert it into the boot for storage. This way, the leather doesn't slouch down and get wrinkle marks. Easy, cheap, and it works!

Also, another option is to use the empty carboard tubes that paper towels came on. These work great! So now you have 2 thrifty options to keep your boots nice and "un-slouchy".
