Some bread doughs can be frozen. Freeze cookies and cakes and breads and rolls after baking. Pie crusts can be done either way.

Cookies and pie crusts I know you can freeze before baking (spoon out the cookies, freeze on a cookie sheet individually until frozen then put into a ziploc -I've baked them thawed and frozen. For frozen, turn the baking temp down and bake a bit longer). I don't know if you can for other baked goods, though I've had success with freezing already baked goods. If you freeze cakes, don't frost! Frost after they've been thawed.
