Sugar Free Electrolyte Sports Drink Recipe

Interesting that this sugar free recipe requires two tablespoons of sugar. Hmm.

* 2 quarts water
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt substitute (made with potassium chloride)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 package Kool-Aid or other flavoring (optional) OR
* 2 teaspoons vanilla (or other) extract

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Use the mix within 4 days.

I don't know about a recipe but I know Access business group makes a product called XS Sugar Free Sports Drink, the flavor being orange. It is the only one I have ever found on the market and it tastes great too.

You can use the sugar free koolaid or krystal light and just add 2 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoon of salt substitute (Salt has sodium--substitute has potassium)
