Peter Pumpkin

Ingredients

3 cups pumpkin
3 eggs, beaten
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup brown sugar

Directions

Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugars and spices together and put into 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with white or yellow cake mix. Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter on top and sprinkle nuts over that. Good with ice cream. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40-60 minutes.
