Shelf Life of Homemade Apple Juice if Not Refrigerated?

After making fresh apple juice at home, how long will it stay fresh? Can I put it in my bag and give it to my 6 month old son after for example, 4-5 hours?

Your baby is too young for fresh apple juice. No child at any age should drink unpasturized apple juice because it may contain ecoli which can cripple or kill a child.

Agree with Ann. Even for yourself, it should be within 24 hours, providing you can be sure of no ecoli, That is what the pasteurization is for. Too many deaths do to contamination we could avoid.
