We are recently changing over our 2 1/2 year old daughter's diet to Dairy Free and GFCF (due to dev. delays). Does anyone have any quick and easy tips/recipes for her that would work for our entire family of 6? We have 4 kids ages 8 and under.
Trader Joe's has some really good gluten free products and Bob's Red Mill really has a great line, from single gluten free rice flour to mixes. Their website also has some great recipes.
She recently made a delicious gfcf turkey/and chicken sausage meatloaf using rice crackers from trader joes (they're cheap) instead of bread crumbs of course unfortunately worcestershire sauce has "natural flavorings" which may or may not include gluten.
