Frugal Diamond Dust Facial |
|
|
I want to know a frugal way of doing a facial with diamond dust. Do you have to live near a mine like West Virginia or Tennessee where they have mines, or what? Does it do the same thing, act grainy and, get rid of dry dead skin?

The best recipe for a homemade mask was 1 egg, 1/2 tsp of olive oil, 1 T of flour, 1/4 tsp of sea salt and 1 T of milk. The olive oil helps to smooth the skin while the sea salt gets rid of the dead skin. It really helps!

Better yet, use some baking soda and water as a natural, cheap and easy way to scrub your face. And it's not as rough on your skin as salt or sugar.

You've got to be joking! Don't use it! It's too harsh for skin and will actually shred and destroy your face! A better alternative is to use a teaspoon of sugar or salt. Just mix either with olive oil and buff away. The olive oil also helps soften skin.
