Fruit Panne Koeken

Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can apple, blueberry, cherry or peach pie filling

Directions

Melt margarine in 8x8 inch cake pan. Mix milk, flour and eggs until smooth. Pour into pan. Spoon on 1/2 of pie fillings. Bake at 400 degrees F for full 30 minutes. Serve with margarine, powdered sugar and remaining pie filling.
