Kristin, if it is a brand new profile under the blue bar at the top of the Thriftyfun page is a spot that says user login...look to the far right and click on register. The next screen will be a page to fill out with your information. If you are already a user that has a profile and you want to change it, first you must log in with your user name and password, then where it says Hello ( and your user name) on the left top, click onto that and it will open a new screen and on the left it says edit profile, click on that.
