Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
- 1 package orange gelatin (3 oz.)
- 1 package cream cheese, softened (3 oz.)
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 carrot, grated
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup liquid. Bring liquid to a boil. Add to gelatin and cream cheese in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Cool stirring occasionally. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
