Dog Food Without Salt

I have a very sick little Chihuahua, she has heart problems. I have been told to change her diet to a no salt diet, I have planned to start making her food. Could anyone please provide me with some recipes for dog food with no salt. Thank you.

I hope your doggy does OK! They are like our children, aren't they?
