- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce (16oz.)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup uncooked quick oats
Heat sugar, orange juice and cinnamon in microwave for 2 minutes. Add cranberry sauce to hot mixture and stir. Pour melted butter over flour, brown sugar and oats.
Arrange alternate layers of oat mixture and cranberry mixture in 8 inch square baking dish, finishing with oat mixture. Bake in microwave oven for 8 minutes. Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
