12th Birthday Surprise Pool Party

Pool volleyball with small inflatable balls could be fun. Also have a portable music machine (CD or tape player) handy but not too near the pool. Use whatever music you have on hand for background, or let the kids choose whether to participate by dancing or singing (or rapping) along. Limbo is one of the oldest party games, but easy and fun. All you need is a long stick and "limbo music!"

Def a beach or hawaii theme. Decorate with flowers, pass out leis, and drink punch from fancy beverage cups with a lil umbrella. You can buy disposable wine glasses or such at the store maybe even dollar store.
