Water Marks on Cotton Skirt |

I have recently purchased a green 100% cotton skirt. The skirt is gorgeous however it has only been worn once, as I have washed it and when it came out the wash and dried, I found white water marks all over it. Please can some tell me how I might be able to get them out as I am desperate to wear it again.

If all else fails, just dye it back green.
