Frugal Massage
Have hubby/wife give you an alcohol rubdown. It does wonders for the back and legs.

Please be aware alcohol rubdowns are no longer used in a hospital setting as the alcohol is absorbed through the pores and is unsafe. We used to use them years ago to bring down fevers.
