- 5 qts. unsalted popcorn (popped)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white syrup
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 pinch cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Mix together brown sugar, syrup, margarine and cream of tartar. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from fire and add 1/2 teaspoon soda. Pour over popcorn, mix good. Put in oven at 250 degrees F for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
