Brownie Sundaes

I tried to cut brownies before they had cooled, and ended up with a crumbled-up mess. Instead of throwing it away, I added a generous spoonful of crumbles to a bowl of vanilla ice cream, topped with chocolate syrup, and called it "Brownie Sundaes". It was a huge hit!

Great save! You can also layer ice cream, brownie bits, and whipped cream or Cool Whip in a glass dish and call it a trifle.

to cut warm brownies use a plastic knife, I don't know why this works,just know that is does
