How do I remove rust stains from a title deed, put there by water damage.

Dear Brian, I don't know that I would try that. It's going to look as if you tried to alter the title deed. Why not inquire whether you could get a replacement title instead? Just explain what happened. You'll probably be required to bring in the damaged original. Best of luck!
