Lemony Horseradish Sour Cream
The sky is the limit for uses of this recipe but my favorites are, of course, for dipping medium rare beef into or spreading on any type of beef sandwich ;-)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper, to taste
Simply mix all ingredients together and serve. This will stay fresh in a covered container in the refrigerator for about three or four days.
