Check all thrift and second hand stores and bring the picture of it with you to show the sales clerks. Also, post a request on Craigslist.

That's an early '80's tux coat- there are tons of patterns for them on eBay, and elsewhere. If you were to make one, look for patterns from around '78 to '82- sleeves got wider after that, and the jacket bodies were styled in a more boxy fashion from then, forward. The narrow arms are typical of that period. Good luck!

Why not watch the credits at the movies end and see who the clothes were furnished by and that might help, and direct you.
