Jasper is four months old and is a Blue Heeler. Jasper likes to spend time 'fussing' with Dakota "other heeler" or playing in their 'kiddy pool'.

This is the most unusual dog breed!! I know nothing about them, and do not understand why their hair is
"blue", does anyone else other than God know? lol
