Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans Campbells vegetable soup
mashed potatoes to cover 9x13 inch pan
cheese (optional)
dot with butter, if desired
Directions
Brown ground beef and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Pour both cans of undiluted soup on top of meat. Spread a thick layer of mashed potatoes over the top. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Sounds like an easy Shepherds Pie! A question tho, is the soup the condensed kind or the "don't add water to" heat and eat kind??? thnx for sharing!
