1 lb. ground beef 2 cans Campbells vegetable soup mashed potatoes to cover 9x13 inch pan cheese (optional) dot with butter, if desired
Brown ground beef and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Pour both cans of undiluted soup on top of meat. Spread a thick layer of mashed potatoes over the top. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Sounds like an easy Shepherds Pie! A question tho, is the soup the condensed kind or the "don't add water to" heat and eat kind??? thnx for sharing!

Do you drain the soup before putting in the recipe?
