Cheap to make!
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans Campbells vegetable soup
- mashed potatoes to cover 9x13 inch pan
- cheese (optional)
- dot with butter, if desired
Brown ground beef and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Pour both cans of undiluted soup on top of meat. Spread a thick layer of mashed potatoes over the top. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Do you drain the soup before putting in the recipe?
