Bug Repellent for Tomato Plants

How does one apply this recipe? Spray it on? How often? Do you mix the epson salts in water before adding one cup of the mixture, or just put a cup of epson salts in with the other liquids?

Is the recipe safe for cherry tomatoes and safe to humans or do I have to wash before eat.

Editor's Note: I would always wash before eating but the spray should be safe compared to insecticides.

Do I spray this on the plant or "water" the plant with it?

I want to know what I can use on my tomato plants to keep the "bugs" from eating them...

The recipe is 1 cup of each. Dishwashing liquid, ammonia, listerine, and epsons salts. I hope this helps! It works wonders for me.
