To spot your luggage easier at the airport when it comes on the conveyor belt, use a decal and paint a picture on the back of your suit case. You will be able to spot it easier then using ribbons. Works great and you never need to redo this. Ribbons are always lost or ripped off of luggage.

i used black nail polish to simply put my last name on my bag. its a very unusual name so that way i knew id have no trouble identifying it.

I use fluorescent tape on the handles and a few strips on the sides.
