Peaches 'N Cream Dessert
- 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 20 lg. marshmallows, quartered
- 1 cup fresh peaches, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Combine the crumbs and butter and pat into an 8 inch square pan. Combine juices and heat to boiling. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Cool and add peaches. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour over the crust. Refrigerate until firm. Cut and serve.
