1 Pkg (4 Serving Size) Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1/4 Cup French Vanilla International Coffee
1 Cup Thawed Cool Whip, Thawed
Directions:
Pour milk into medium bowl, add dry pudding mix and flavored instant coffee. Beat with wire whisk about 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Is the International coffee the powdered stuff you get in a can? This sounds good.
I make chocolate mousse with just the instant pudding mix, 2 cups cold milk and enough cool whip to make it lite and airy. I make the pudding and let it sit in the fridge for about 5 minutes before gently folding in the cool whip. Place in individual cups and refrigerate until set.
