For our Girl Scout dinner we are having a quilting theme. I am in charge of making the centerpieces and really need some ideas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

How about making paper quilts, cutting shapes out of different colored paper? Also, you could use spools of thread as the centerpiece base with wire and a clip to hold the paper quilt or photos.

You could take small squares of paper have the girls decorate them and and sew them together using a hole punch to punch holes on each corner and tye with matching yarn. Use the squares to go around glass jars or even coffee cans. Then decorate centerpieces with flowers from the girls yards. Sams or SuperWalmart also have inexpensive flowers. You could also do placemats in a similar manner.
Goodluck,
