Is tissue oil effective in removing scars and stretch marks or is cocoa butter better?

cocoa butter is for preventing them, not sure if they will remove them, may help soften them

I don't know if I agree with you re fading stretch marks - I diligently applied a baby's oil formula to them to diminish them & over a year or two of moisturizing they disappeared - of course, I was in my 20's - which may have made a difference...

There is no cure for stretch marks! Only time will fade them into a silvery white color. There are all kinds of gimmicks and products on the market that say they will make them go away. Don't waste your money on these products.
