I use IncrediMail to sort through them, and block/bounce/delete them.
I forward other addresses (e.g., Yahoo) to my cable address.
I get 3-8 a day.

A lot! On my Yahoo email address I probably get 200 a day. Cable email probably 20 a day. G-mail - about 3 a day.
