Crocheted Bodice For Toddler's Dress

I am looking for a pattern for a sun dress for a 2 year old with a crochet bodice and a gathered skirt made of seersucker or other material.

I'm looking for a pattern where you crochet a bodice for a toddler's dress and then attach you own fabric for the bottom. Anyone know what I mean or where I can find directions? Thanks a bunch.
