Looking For Pattern For Baby Hi-Top Sneakers |

I am desperately looking for an Annie's Attic pattern (approx 1983) for baby hi-top sneakers. The sole is white, tongue is red, sides are navy & green, trimmed in yellow. There are a couple other patterns in the book. I had it and I think during our hurricane cleanup it got thrown away. Many thanks,
