4-5 chicken breasts (You can use boneless skinless chicken.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
1 1/2 packages Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Directions
Steam the chicken in about 1 inch of water approximately 30 minutes. Let it cool and remove the chicken from the bone. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Combine the chicken, with the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream and put in a 9x13 inch dish. Mix the crumbled Ritz crackers with the melted butter and poppy seeds. Put on top of the chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
