Here is a natural way to remove mild mildew and rust stains from clothing: Use lemon juice (1/2 cup) and salt (1/4 cup). Mix ingredients together, creating a paste like substance. Rub in clean areas where mild mildew or rust stains have affected the material. Set to dry in direct bright sunlight for a day.

I've been looking for a hint like this. The pad for my glidder on my deck has become mildew and I can't wait to try this one! I've tried other remedies with no luck and was about to take it to a laundrymat and bleach it! I hope this works!
