Beer Can Wind Spinner

I am looking for directions to make a beer can wind spinner. You cut the sides of the beer can and squash them down to look like a Chinese lantern. Three or four are strung together with a golf ball or something similar to weight the bottom.

Yes, likewise, if you find out please let us know. I have a neighbor who has one made from coke cans and it is so cool. So I would love to know how to make it!
