Oven-Baked Flounder

Fish is delicious and good for you. This simple flounder recipe is sure to be enjoyed by your whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 oz) flounder fillets
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp.fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Arrange fillets in a ceramic or glass baking dish just large enough to hold fillets in one layer.

Combine garlic and next 4 ingredients to make vinaigrette; whisk in oil and pour over fillets.

Bake on middle rack for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when pierced with a fork.
